Hello

As I look back on my life from when I was a teenager, I can always remember being in a supportive role to those around me. I began working in the city parks in the summer as a youth worker and later at the YMCA in an afterschool program.

My next step in my career was working for a community organization, where I learned to work with people from all backgrounds and ages as my skills grew and my roles changed. After that, I worked with an agency identifying community services to support the different needs of families and youth. This journey has been a natural progression that led me to where I am today.

Now I’m a therapist and have a deepening understanding of the internal obstacles that make it difficult to reach our goals sometimes. My approach aims to establish a supportive relationship that navigates the ups and downs of making progress. It is strength-based and practical. Ultimately, by creating a safe space, we can collaborate and heal.
